Current Exhibit  “Lyme 100 Years Ago”

Come visit with questions about Lyme 100 Years Ago….what about those sheep vs cows?  How RoDiariesaring were the 20’s?   In the barn: Agricultural, logging and woodworking tools.  Please stop by we know you will find it fascinating!

Chesley Schoolhouse – Closed for the Season – see you next year

Location: 161 Baker Hill Rd.

Basically unchanged since it closed its doors in 1959.  19th – 20th c. desks and books from Lyme schools, the old bell from the Hewes Schoolhouse, and photos all displayed along with the old blackboards and walls.  Children accompanied by an adult welcome!  (Best for ages 5 and up)

First Saturdays

From January to April, the first Saturday of the month we will be hosting long time Lyme residents to share his/her stories of life in Lyme.  We are so happy to be able to host these popular events this winter.
